I lead and manage high-performing design teams — overseeing research, strategy, design, testing, and functionality to drive user engagement and build net-quality digital experiences at scale.

My work sits at the intersection of systems thinking, human-centred design, and CX strategy — moving fluidly between the conceptual and the shipped. I've built design practices, coached design teams, and delivered for some of South Africa's most demanding institutions.

I founded Fresco because I kept watching the same problem repeat itself across 13 years and a dozen institutions — talented teams executing fast on decisions that were never properly interrogated. In a world where AI makes execution effortless, the scarcest resource isn't speed. It's rigour. Fresco is built on that belief.
